Jacquelyn Rygiel-Sprague, Attorney
Jacquelyn Rygiel-Sprague is an attorney specializing in elder law and estate planning. Jacquelyn’s practice also includes estate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. Jacquelyn also assists individuals and the families of individuals with special needs in planning for their unique needs and circumstances. She has experience with probate court proceedings, including assisting individuals seeking guardianship or conservatorship and their post-appointment responsibilities.
Jacquelyn A. Rygiel-Sprague continues to serve on council for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Estate Planning Section. Jacquelyn was honored to be asked to serve on the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Elder Law and Probate Advisory Boards. Jacquelyn is a regular speaker for continuing education seminars produced by ICLE and regularly engages in community education programs on important legal topics.
Jacquelyn is proud to serve as a Trustee for Ann Arbor’s St. Francis of Assisi Educational Trust Fund.
Katherine Luppino, Paralegal
Katherine Luppino is a graduate of the Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and integral part of the support staff at the firm. Katherine assists clients with all aspects of probate and estate planning.
